After you place an online order, you will receive an automatic email at the specified email address stating that the order has been successfully completed.
This email is not an item reservation – it confirms that your order has been received, and that the current status of your purchase order is pending.

After the order enters the processing phase, and confirms that everything is fine with the goods, another email will arrive at your email address confirming that the goods are ready to be sent.

Attached to that message, we also submit all the necessary documentation necessary for the realization of this purchase order.

As the availability of items is indicative, in case of a change of order, we will contact you as soon as possible by phone or email.

Delivery is done in cooperation with the courier service. Couriers deliver shipments to the delivery address on weekdays. Please ensure that there is a person at the address who can pick up the shipment during this period. When picking up the shipment, you need to visually inspect the package and determine that there is no visible damage. If you notice that the transport box is significantly damaged and suspect that the product may be damaged, refuse to accept the shipment and notify us immediately. If the shipment is seemingly undamaged, pick up the shipment.

The courier tries to deliver each shipment in accordance with the business policy of his company. It is common practice that if the courier does not find you at the address, he will call you on the phone you left when creating the order and arrange a new delivery date. If he still can’t find you at the address, the shipment will be returned to us. Upon receipt of the shipment, we will contact you to determine the reason for non-delivery and possibly agree to resend.

Delivery is made by express mail at the expense of the buyer. The price of postage varies depending on the size and weight of the package based on the price list of courier services and is not affected, nor can you know the exact price of delivery. Delivery of goods is made exclusively on the territory of the Republic of Serbia. Delivery outside the territory of Serbia is not possible.

Delivery time for goods purchased in the online store is 2-3 days, after the order enters the processing phase or when the order is confirmed by the online store.



Cash on delivery:

When paying by cash on delivery, you pay for the order upon delivery. In this case, only cash payment is possible.
You can pay for the order by bank transfer according to the proforma invoice that we can send you.
You can also pay for the goods with a payment card according to the proforma invoice that we can send you.
